1. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Ruby Mule, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of RubySoft, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Service Plans

Ruby Mule offers different service plans for software development projects:

• FREE: Includes 1.5 hours of work.
• SMALL: Includes 10 hours of work.
• MEDIUM: Includes 20 hours of work.
• LARGE: Includes 50 hours of work.
• XLARGE: Includes 100 hours of work.

We reserve the right to remove the FREE offering or change and update the pricing for paid plans at any time without prior notice. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the monthly billing period. Paid plans are not refundable. All hours of all plans must be used during the current monthly billing period; otherwise, they expire at the end of the billing period. Hours cannot be accumulated or carried over to the next billing period.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purposes or in a way that may impair the performance, integrity, or security of the services.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Ruby Mule, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

Ruby Mule provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided on our website. Your use of Ruby Mule is at your own risk.
